It thrives with minimal fertilizer, offers heat and drought tolerance, and resists common turf diseases like brown patch and rust. Ideal for lawns, parks, athletic fields, and golf roughs, this mix provides lower maintenance costs, environmental benefits, and quick recovery from wear.
Seeding Rate
New Seeding – 10 pounds per 1,000 sq/ft
Over Seeding – 5 pounds per 1,000 sq/ft
Benefits of Low Management Fescues
The growth pattern of these fescues mean less mowing, and in turn less lawn clippings, as well as needing fewer inputs.
Other Characteristics
These varieties also offer unsurpassed density, improved uniformity and medium-fine leaf texture.
*Note – We turn over our grass seed inventory at least twice a year, ensuring you the freshest seed that can be found anywhere.
